This role is offered under IEFP's "Estágios +Talento" measure, a professional (non-curricular) internship for young graduates. It runs for 6 months, is not renewable, and must be carried out in the intern's area of qualification.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Support marketing and communications for Laika Ventures and selected projects.
• Help plan and produce content across LinkedIn, X, and Laika Ventures’ website and blog.
• Assist with copywriting for pitch materials, sponsor/partner communications, and portfolio announcements.
• Track marketing performance across channels and help prepare simple reporting for the team.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Degree (licenciatura, mestrado, or doutoramento) in Marketing, Communication, Management, or a related field — required to be eligible for IEFP +Talento.
• Registered as unemployed with IEFP, aged 35 or under, at the time the internship begins.
• Strong written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
• Comfort with content and AI tools (Figma, Claude or similar) and social platforms; design or copywriting flair is a plus.
• Curiosity about startups, venture building, and AI — no experience required, just genuine interest.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple projects and teams at once.

LOCATION & DURATION
• Remote-first, with regular in-person days at our Porto office.
• 6 months, full-time, under the IEFP Estágios +Talento framework.
• Start date: flexible, as soon as a suitable candidate is found.
